Delivery and returns policy

PLACING AN ORDER:

Orders will currently be sent within three working days from ordering, apart from bank holidays.This may change at a short notice depending on the Covid-19 situation. In case of delays in dispatching your order, I will keep you updated by email.

The normal method of posting within UK is Royal Mail 1st class for letters and large letters, and standard RM 48hr service for parcels. Letters and large letters are not send tracked, but you can select a recorded service for letters at the checkout, at an additional cost.

I post overseas to most destinations by the cheapest method available via Royal Mail, which is standard airmail – the delivery time ranges from 3-30 days depending on your location. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you need an upgraded or trackable delivery, please contact me prior to placing an order. Parcels over 2kg will be shipped by a courier, and I will need a contact telephone number for these orders. I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays, and neither can I guarantee any specific delivery dates, on any of the services.

Please note that as UK has left European Union, all orders will be sent as DDU, Delivered Duties unpaid, as default, unless you advice me to add the VAT into the order. The import tax of your country and customs duty (and possible handling fee) are your responsibility and I cannot affect them or held liable for them. Only order if you understand this and are happy to proceed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Within UK, you have 30 days to return your order, as long as you notify me within 14 days after ordering that you wish to do so. Return postage is payable by the customer and will not be refunded.

Refund for damaged or misprinted items will be processed after obtaining photographic evidence and upon the return of the product (unless lost in transit).

Returned items have to be in unused, re-sellable condition, otherwise a refund will be refused.

Any international tax or customs duties is the responsibility of the buyer and won’t be refunded. I will request a refund, using your original method of payment, once the item has been returned, and it will take up to 5 working days for you to receive the refund.

Within EU and overseas, I may accept returns, but these are decided on case by case basis.

​Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders (including externally fulfilled items like t-shirts etc)
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

ORDER PROCESS:

During the order process, I will keep you updated about your order via email, during and after the order. I will not use your details for any other purpose, unless you have given me permission to do so.

If you would like to join my mailing list, for news and special offers, please use the form on my website to add your details to my database. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
